Tag guide

Tags on this blog are organized hierarchically, but that's a little hard to see when they're in a tag cloud. Here's a clearer view with some explanations on what I use these tags for.

• blog - challenges, carnivals, and otherwise prompted posts
  • advent_calendar - for the Grizzly Gazette's Advent Calendar
  • bear_carnival - for the Bear Blog Carnival
  • challenge - anything labeled a blogging "challenge"
• media - Posts about media itself, specific types of media, or a specific piece of media
  • books
    • last_unicorn - The Last Unicorn by Peter S. Beagle
  • games
    • sims_2 - The Sims 2 (2004)
  • movies
    • asteroid_city - Asteroid City (2023)
    • freaked - Freaked (1993)
    • society - Society (1989)
  • museums
  • musicals
    • great_comet - Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812 (2012)
  • paintings
  • youtube
• metablog - posts about blogging, or about this blog in particular
• personal - posts about myself and my experiences
  • learning - specifically talking about things I've been learning
• philosophy - posts where I think a lot
  • art
  • beauty
  • ethics
  • friendship
  • meaning
  • self
• response - posts that are responses to other things
• technology - this one is kinda self-explanatory.
  • artificial_intelligence - almost always referring to LLM's
  • code - posts that contain code that you can copy and paste for yourself
